Our apartments are located in the district of S. Spirito in the heart of the historic center, a very lively and strategic neighborhood for visiting the most beautiful monuments of Florence such as Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti or the Uffizi museum, which are just a few minutes walk away.
- The SUPERIORapartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is a mixture of modern and antique, making it a real "gem" not to be missed.
- The DELUXEapartment is a beautiful apartment with luxurious finishes completely renovated in 2019, very large and spacious (100 sqm) that can accommodate up to 8 people. It is perfect a group of friends or families.

We are located 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Railway Station.
We would like to point out that the apartments are located within the ZTL (where street parking is only allowed for residents) so we advise guests who plan to arrive by car to reserve a parking space.
We advise you to park at the Garage Santa Trinita, a private and charged parking lot, which is located about 200 meters from the apartments (2 minutes walk), where we have an agreement that will allow you to receive a small discount.
Also, if you prefer, we can take care of parking your reservations!
Upon request and availability, we have free luggage storage inside our apartments so you can continue to enjoy our beautiful city before check-in time or after check-out time.
