Geppi's Apartments

Our apartments are located in the Santo Spirito neighborhood, right in the historic center, an authentic, vibrant area that is strategically positioned for visiting the most beautiful monuments in Florence. The Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, and the Uffizi Gallery are all just a few minutes' walk away. The Superior apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and strikes a perfect balance between modern and historic, making it a true gem not to be missed. The Deluxe apartment is a stunning space with luxurious finishes, fully renovated in 2019. It is very large and spacious (100 square meters), capable of hosting up to 8 guests, making it ideal for groups of friends or families. The Premium apartment is our latest addition: completely and exquisitely restored, it is a small treasure suited for 2 or 3 guests. We are about a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. The apartments are located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), where street parking is only allowed for residents. Therefore, we recommend that guests arriving by car reserve a parking spot in advance. We suggest the Santa Trinita Garage, a paid private parking facility located about 200 meters from the apartments (2 minutes on foot). We have an agreement that allows our guests to benefit from a small discount. If you prefer, we can handle the parking reservation for you. Upon request and subject to availability, we offer free luggage storage within our apartments, allowing you to continue enjoying Florence before check-in or after check-out.
